A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be collected via bank transfer and deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by bank transfer or cash. We kindly ask that payment is prepared in advance to keep your appointment running smoothly.

We allow a courtesy grace period of 10 minutes. Arrivals between 10 and 20 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee will be forfeited.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. A new booking fee will be required to secure a future appointment.

Valid photo ID is required at your appointment. All services carry strict age restrictions and we are unable to proceed without appropriate identification. We ask that you bring this with you on the day.

To maintain a calm and private environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone. Due to limited space we are unable to accommodate additional guests.
